aspose.info is a free encyclopedia run by Aspose Pty Ltd, Suite 163, 79 Longueville Road, Lane Cove, NSW 2066, Australia (“we”). This policy covers www.aspose.info and explains what happens to your information when you read it. You can read the whole site without an account, and we never ask for your name, email address or payment details.

What we collect

We do not run advertising or analytics on this site, and the site sets no cookies. A little technical information is still handled, because websites cannot work without it:

  • Request logs. Like every website, ours is delivered by servers that receive your IP address, the page you asked for, the time, and your browser’s description. Our hosting and our content delivery network, bunny.net, handle these requests.
  • The navigation menu. The site’s header and footer come from our menu service at containerize.com. The first time your browser loads a menu, it sends that service the site’s name, the page address and your browser’s description. On about one visit in ten it also sends how long the menu took to load and your connection type. That service also receives your IP address when it delivers the menu.

We use this information only to deliver the site, keep it secure and working, fix problems and understand its performance. We do not sell it or use it to build a profile of you. We keep it only as long as those purposes need.

What stays in your browser

Your browser stores your dark or light mode choice, and a small note that the menu has already been counted. These stay on your device, apart from the menu note’s first count described above, and you can clear them at any time in your browser’s settings.

Search runs inside your browser, and what you type is not sent to us. The Listen button uses your browser’s own voice.

Search engines

We may see totals from search engines, such as how many people found a page through a search. Those totals come from the search engine and do not identify you.

Articles link to other websites, including our other sites. Those sites have their own policies, which we do not control.

Where information is handled

Our service providers may handle this information in countries other than yours, which may have different data protection laws. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or limit how we use it, and to complain to your local data protection authority.

Because we do not ask who you are, we may not be able to link request logs to you. To make a request or ask a question, write to dpo@aspose.com.

Children

This site is a general reference and is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If what we collect changes, we will update this page and the date shown on it. We will update it before adding anything new, such as a way for readers to suggest edits.
